Welcome to Twin Willows, a multi-use estate where every detail is crafted for unforgettable moments. With a myriad of offerings and unique spaces, we understand that our diverse features may spark curiosity. To make your experience seamless, we've compiled a list of frequently asked questions.
Possibilities are unlimited, but we typically host weddings and wedding related events as well as family reunions and other family type gatherings.
The three homes will sleep 24 adults or up to 30 with kids, that includes trundle beds and sleeper sofas for youth/kids. We allow events up to 120 people if you reserve the entire estate and event venues. If you reserve the homes only, we'll limit the group size to around 50 people.
We ask for a three night minimum for guests renting our estate for an event weekend.
The Twin Willows Estate can be secured through VRBO or AirBnB. If you require event spaces and services in addition to the homes and grounds, those will be paid separately and direct to our parent company, M7 of Asheville LLC
We have a total of 14 acres with lots of common areas like walking trails, bon fire area, disc golf, etc.
Absolutely! We'd love to meet you at the property. Depending on Occupancy, we may not be able to tour inside the houses, but we can always walk the grounds. Come on a Thursday-Saturday and have dinner with us!
The Silo and Chapel area are open to the public Tuesday - Friday. Saturday and Sunday, the Venue is available for Rent 8:00 a.m. -10:00 p.m. daily for a flat fee of $3,500.
We can certainly accommodate all of your catering needs, but we also allow off site caterers.
The Town of Mars Hill has a 9:45 PM noise curfew for live music/dj's. We have the same restriction on the Estate.

We offer hiking, bonfire area, disc golf, corn hole, a babbling brook, etc. We're walking distance to nature trails, greenways, etc. at Mars Hill University and also walking distance (.5 miles) from Breweries, shopping, coffee, and more!
Dogs are allowed on property kept on a leash. Guests staying in the houses will pay an additional pet fee when they reserve. Please clean up after you pup!
Yes, we have plenty of common parking for the three homes that is separate from our event/public parking areas.

All deposits and payments to M7 of Asheville for event related services are non-refundable. A payment schedule will be provided upon booking. As for the Estate Homes, we follow VRBO and AirBNB cancellation policies. You may cancel within 30 days and receive full refund.
We have picnic table seating included in the rental of the event space. If you need more or different seating, we have a list of rental companies we can provide you. These rental companies will also have options for linens, china, glassware, and flatware.

Rental items may be dropped off any time after 8 am on event day. They must be picked up no later than 11 a.m. the day after your event.

If you are referencing a Tuesday-Friday, you may go down to the event space and enjoy a meal from Smokin’ Joe Lasher’s food truck, 11 am – 7 pm. If you are referencing, Saturday-Sunday, if we have not rented out the space to another client, you are welcome to roam the property.
We try to keep wood on site for our firepit areas. If you require more than what is on site, you're welcome to pick up more at the local Ingles Grocery Store.
